Ja. Alle Paprikagewürze bei The Spice Shop sind reine Eigenmarkenprodukte ohne Zusatzstoffe, Farbstoffe oder Streckmittel. Sie erhalten ausschließlich gemahlene Paprikaschoten in gleichbleibender Qualität.

Buy Paprika Spices – From noble sweet to smoked

Paprika is one of the most widely used spices in German cuisine – and at the same time one of the most versatile. Whether noble sweet paprika powder for goulash, hot paprika for fiery dishes, or smoked Pimentón for Spanish cuisine: the differences are enormous. At The Spice Shop, we offer a wide range of paprika spices in various heat levels and varieties – all in our own brand quality since 1981.

Overview of the most important paprika varieties

Paprika powder is obtained from dried and ground bell peppers – depending on the variety and processing method, very different flavor profiles emerge. Noble sweet paprika powder is mild, slightly sweet, and the classic choice for goulash, red cabbage, and paprika chicken. Hot paprika powder adds more fire to the dish. Smoked paprika powder – the Spanish Pimentón – gives dishes a deep, smoky note that is particularly valued in Iberian and South American cuisine.

Paprika spices for every kitchen

Paprika is a global spice. In Hungarian cuisine, it is the heart of goulash and paprikash. Spanish cuisine relies on Pimentón in chorizo, patatas bravas, and paella. In Turkish and Arabic cuisine, mild or hot paprika powder is used in meat mixtures, dips, and marinades. Our assortment reflects this diversity – from classic German cuisine to more exotic applications.
