Sie kaufen die Gewürzdose einmal. Ist das Gewürz aufgebraucht, bestellen Sie einfach den passenden Nachfüllbeutel nach – günstiger als eine neue Dose und deutlich weniger Verpackung. Die Dose bleibt, der Inhalt wird nachgefüllt.

Ja, besonders bei aromatisch intensiven Gewürzen wie Pfeffer, Kreuzkümmel und Koriander. Diese Gewürze setzen ihre ätherischen Öle erst beim Mahlen frei – frisch gemahlen schmecken sie deutlich intensiver und frischer als vorgemahlenene Varianten.

Richtig gelagert in einer luftdichten Dose, kühl und lichtgeschützt, sind ganze Gewürze 2 bis 4 Jahre haltbar. Gemahlene Gewürze verlieren schneller an Aroma – hier empfiehlt sich ein Verbrauch innerhalb von 1 bis 2 Jahren.
