Origin and Production
"REGIONAL COOKING OIL FROM FLUORN-WINZELN."
This mustard oil comes from the Waldhof farm in Fluorn-Winzeln in the Black Forest. The Waldhof oil manufactory is a regional family business that specializes in high-quality, cold-pressed cooking oils from local seeds.
The mustard seeds are gently processed and pressed directly from the seed. The careful production preserves the characteristic taste of the mustard oil.
