Our Grill- und Ofengemüse Gewürz is a robust blend of aromatic herbs, tomatoes, paprika and hearty spices. Savory and thyme provide a Mediterranean herb note, while tomato flakes, paprika and paprika flakes give the vegetables a full-bodied aroma and an appetizing spiciness.
Taste and aroma
Hearty, spicy and herb-forward with a delicate tomato and paprika note. Black pepper, garlic and onion add extra depth, while celery seeds and mustard powder give the blend a pleasantly piquant and slightly spicy finish.
Application
Ideal for vegetables from the grill, the oven or the pan. Toss the cut vegetables with a little oil, add the seasoning to taste and then grill or roast. Especially suitable for zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant, potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, mushrooms and mixed sheet-pan vegetables. Can also be used for potato wedges, vegetable stir-fries, marinades and dips.
