Origin and Production
All ingredients for this sauce come directly from Marie Sharp's family-owned Melinda Estate Farm in the tropical hills of the Maya Mountains in Belize. Wild berries, habaneros, and vegetables are grown locally, processed by hand, and bottled directly. The result is a true "Farm to Bottle" product – fully controlled, natural, and made with extensive experience. Made with love in Belize.
Taste and Aroma
Fruity sweetness of sun-ripened berries meets the vibrant heat of habaneros. The sauce is balanced, clear, and full of character: first fruity, then pleasantly spicy, without overpowering. An unusual yet harmonious combination with a genuine fruit note.
