This fine herb blend brings together classic aromas of French cuisine – parsley, tarragon, chives, pepper and mace – in an elegant, fresh composition. Developed to give mushroom dishes such as porcini, morels or trumpet mushrooms depth and character, it brings subtle sweetness, warmth and herbal freshness to your plate.

Slightly anise-like from the tarragon, fresh from the parsley and chives, with a gentle heat from the pepper and the warm, slightly sweet note of mace. A harmonious blend that underlines the umami taste of the mushrooms while adding elegance.

Ideal for mushroom dishes, creamy sauces and French-inspired dishes. Sauté mushrooms in butter, add 1 tsp of the blend per 100 g, deglaze with white wine and crème fraîche and let it simmer briefly. Perfect with pasta, rice or meat.

Mushrooms release a lot of water when fried. Only add the seasoning blend once the water has evaporated and the mushrooms take on color – this way the aroma combines with the roasted notes instead of getting lost in the mushroom liquid.
