Cooking Like a Master
The beginning is smoky and salty: crispy bacon, fat, heat, a concentrated first bite.
After that, something soft and warm, filled with fresh fish, delicate acidity, and a hint of creaminess.
The centerpiece is carefully cooked beef, accompanied by roasted aromas: strong vegetables with a sweet and sour note, stuffed mushrooms, and a slowly built, creamy component that connects everything.
To finish, dark chocolate, warm and flowing, combined with ethereal orange oils and gentle heat – baked in its own shell and only opened at the very end.
The evening is hosted by two individuals who have perfected their craft and regularly demonstrate their skills at competitions and championships throughout Germany.
They work with heat, fat, salt, and timing. Familiar ingredients, precisely used.
