Origin and production
Under the Belizean sun, golden-yellow, sweet pineapples ripen, which are then combined with Marie Sharp's world-renowned habanero peppers, grown locally. Each bottle is lovingly and carefully handcrafted – without industrial blends, but exclusively with fruits and chilies from our own and regional cultivation.
Taste and aroma
A fruity, robust pineapple flavor meets a pleasant habanero heat. The first impression is tropically sweet, followed by a lively, slightly fiery finish – pure Caribbean joie de vivre in every note.
Application
Ideal with curries, poultry, vegan dishes, seafood, and creative salsas. Also perfect for vegetable and fruit salads, antipasti, cheese, cream cheese, and exotic margarita variations.
Interesting facts
Pineapple Sauce is a truly natural product – color and intensity can vary depending on the habanero harvest. These differences are a testament to artisanal production, not industrial standardization. Taste and quality always remain the same: authentic, pure, and unique.
