Origin and production
This special edition was created by Gerry Sharp, the late husband of Marie Sharp, as a tribute to his wife. Following ancient Mayan tradition, the habaneros are smoked over craboo wood in a smoker – a unique process that imparts depth and character. Each bottle is a piece of Belizean craftsmanship – authentic, natural, and made with genuine passion.
Taste and aroma
