Origin and production
This sauce comes from the well-known "Pain is Good" series, which was considered an alternative to conventional standard sauces from early on. Inspired by classic Louisiana cuisine, it combines the taste of American barbecue tradition with a balanced chili heat.
Taste and aroma
Full-bodied, sweet and spicy with a gentle smoky aroma. It's reminiscent of a barbecue sauce, but less sweet and pleasantly acidic. The spiciness is medium and harmonizes perfectly with the fresh acidity.
Application
Ideal with meat, burgers, grilled dishes, sandwiches, stews and hearty sauces. Also perfect as a flavorful glaze or dip for fries and vegetables.
