Origin and production
This sauce comes from the well-known “Pain is Good” series, which was considered an alternative to conventional standard sauces early on. Inspired by classic Louisiana cooking, it combines the flavor of the American barbecue tradition with a balanced chili heat.
Taste and aroma
Full-bodied, sweet and spicy, with a gentle smoky aroma. It is reminiscent of a barbecue sauce, but less sweet and with a pleasantly tangy balance. The heat is in the medium range and goes perfectly with the fresh acidity.
Application
Ideal with meat, burgers, grilled dishes, sandwiches, stews and hearty sauces. Also perfect as a spicy glaze or as a dip for fries and vegetables.
