Origin and production
Marie Sharp's first habanero sauce – and to this day an international classic. It's made with sun-ripened habaneros and fresh vegetables from Belize. Marie's secret lies in the simple recipe with very little vinegar, to highlight the natural flavor of the ingredients.
Taste and aroma
Bold, fresh, and well-balanced heat. The habaneros bring intense warmth, while carrots, onions, and lime juice provide harmonious balance and depth.
Application
Perfect with red meat, omelets, pasta, casseroles, pizza, guacamole, salsa, boiled eggs or a spicy Bloody Mary.
