This carefully balanced blend of dill, chives, thyme, and other aromatic herbs was specially developed for refining bread dough, rolls, and Vinschgerl (Vinschgerl). Gently dried, the herbs retain their intense aroma and fresh flavor.

APPLICATION

Simply add 1-2 teaspoons of bread herbs to 500g of flour and process as usual. Perfect for homemade bread and rolls, adding a special, spicy flavor.
