Origin and production

Beware! was awarded the "Highest Scoville Award" in Mexico in 1999 as the hottest habanero sauce. It is made from freshly harvested habanero chilies, known for their exceptionally high capsaicin content. The traditional production method ensures the sauce retains its authentic Mexican character.
