Origin and production
Homemade fruit-based chili sauce: ripe strawberries meet habanero chilies, onions, vinegar, a little sugar, and salt. Gently cooked and finely pureed for a smooth, spreadable consistency.
Taste and aroma
A sweet and sour start with strawberry and vinegar, followed by a clear habanero heat. Fruity, fresh, balanced – not cloyingly sweet.
Application
Use it as a dip for chicken, cheese, and snacks; for glazing grilled food (last minutes); for burgers, sandwiches, and bowls. A spoonful enhances dressings, marinades, and stir-fries.
