This blend was created for the traditional Valencian dish – the famous Spanish paella. Four different types of peppers, turmeric, and safflower form the base, refined with onions, garlic, rosemary, and cumin. It captures the authentic character of Spanish Mediterranean cuisine and brings the taste of the coast directly to your home.
Taste and aroma
Smoky, mild, earthy, with a gentle spiciness and fresh herbal notes. Turmeric and safflower add color and depth, while rosemary and bay leaf provide Mediterranean accents.
Application
Use 3 teaspoons of the mixture for 1 liter of broth. Ideal for paella with seafood, chicken, or vegetables, but also perfect for rice dishes, stews, or soups. Simply add to the broth and simmer to release the full aroma.
