Taste & Aroma
The blend brings warm, slightly sweet, resinous notes of allspice and juniper, combined with the characteristic spice of caraway and black pepper. Application
Simply add 1–2 teaspoons of the spice mix per kilogram of cabbage while cooking. The flavors develop best when slowly braised with the cabbage – whether traditionally with bacon and onions, vegetarian, or in a stew. It's also ideal for homemade pickled cabbage!
