Application
The mushroom seasoning mix is ideal for preparing mushroom dishes, especially porcini mushrooms, morels, or trumpet mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms in a little butter until golden brown. Then add 1 teaspoon of the seasoning mix per 100g of mushrooms and stir well. Deglaze the mushrooms with a little crème fraîche and white wine and simmer over low heat until the sauce is thick and aromatic. This dish is perfect as a side dish or as a main course, for example, with rice or pasta.
