This Moroccan barbecue spice blend was created during a trip through Morocco, inspired by the colorful spice shops of the medina. Seeking an alternative to the classic Raz el Hanout, a new mix was developed, which was then tested on the beach for marinating and grilling meat – with great success. It combines the essence of cumin, coriander, and cinnamon with a subtle heat from chili and paprika. Perfect for barbecue enthusiasts who want to experience the taste of Morocco.
