ORIGIN AND DESCRIPTION
The Moroccan Grill Spice was created during my travels through Morocco when I was looking for a change from the classic Raz El Hanout. Inspired by the spice shops in the Medina, I combined different spices and decided to take them to the beach to grill the pickled meat. The taste was amazing and my Moroccan friends loved it too. This spice combines the essence of cumin, coriander and cinnamon with a slight spiciness of chili and paprika - perfect for all grill lovers who want to bring the taste of Morocco into their dishes.
TASTE AND AROMA
Spicy, earthy, slightly hot, warm, fresh, complex, aromatic, smoky.
APPLICATION
Ideal for marinating meat, poultry or vegetables before grilling. Mix the spice with a little olive oil and lemon juice to create a delicious marinade, or rub it directly into the meat. It is ideal for grilling or roasting. It goes particularly well with lamb, chicken or vegetables and gives any dish a distinctive Moroccan touch.
