The Moroccan poultry seasoning is an original creation of the Spice Queen, inspired by traditional Moroccan recipes. Together with her Moroccan friend Rizlan, she came up with the idea of ​​preparing chicken not in the classic tagine, but roasted. This resulted in a unique blend that combines cumin, coriander, and Ceylon cinnamon with the sweetness of paprika and the freshness of mint. Finished with Raz El Hanout, thyme, and mustard seeds, this seasoning transforms any poultry dish into something special.
