flavors for your chicken
ORIGIN AND DESCRIPTION
The Moroccan Poultry Spice is the Spice Queen's own creation, inspired by traditional Moroccan recipes. Together with her Moroccan friend Rizlan, she developed the idea of roasting chicken instead of cooking it in the traditional tagine. The result is a unique spice that combines the flavors of cumin, coriander and Ceylon cinnamon, complemented by the sweetness of paprika and the freshness of mint. It is a mixture of Raz El Hanout, refined with thyme and mustard seeds - ideal for any poultry dish, whether grilled, fried or in stews.
