APPLICATION
Ideal for making kitchari: Soak mung dal (mung beans) for a few hours. Heat butter, add 1 tablespoon of kitchari spice and let it "pop" in the hot butter. Add basmati rice and mung dal and stir well. Pour in water, bring to a boil and then simmer on a low heat until the dish is nice and soft and aromatic. Perfect for a nourishing meal that brings balance to the body and mind.
