APPLICATION
Start by sautéing your chosen meat with ginger, onions, and garlic paste (or minced garlic) for about five minutes. Add one teaspoon of Dhansak curry powder per person and stir well. Cover the meat with broth and simmer until almost tender. Then add pulses, pumpkin, spinach, or eggplant pieces and continue simmering until the vegetables are tender.
