Ingredients
600 g boiled potatoes (cut into bite-sized pieces)
500 g whole milk yogurt
1 tbsp chat masala
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds, ground
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste

Mix the yogurt with 4-5 tablespoons of water in a bowl until smooth.
→ Use 500 g of whole milk yogurt. -
Sprinkle chat masala , garam masala , ground fenugreek seeds , salt and lemon juice to taste.
→ Use 1 tablespoon of each spice. -
Add the cooked potato pieces and mix everything carefully .
→ 600 g boiled, diced potatoes. -
Chill the finished raita in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes .
