ALOO RAITA.
Ingredients
600 g cooked potatoes
500g whole milk yogurt
1 tbsp Chat Masala
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp ground fenugreek seeds
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
preparation
1. Cut the cooked potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
2. Stir the yogurt in a bowl with 4-5 tablespoons of water until smooth.
3. Add Chat Masala, Garam Masala, fenugreek seeds, lemon juice and salt.
4. Carefully fold in the potato pieces until everything is evenly mixed.
5. Then let the dish cool in the refrigerator and serve cold.
Tip
For added freshness, finely chopped mint or coriander can be sprinkled over the finished raita.
